Clemi is my first ever cat and it was also the first ever time I had to take a pet to a grooming parlour. Neitherless to say I was really nervous before, during and after, and during that time I was reassured that Clemi would be in great hands. At the end I was really relieved and happy with the results. The team was extremely friendly, patient, understanding and professional. I would definitely recommend to a friend and most certainly will be returning! She came home purring! Thank you!

I would recommend all cat and dog lovers to come here, my cat Doreen had the works and since she had the luxury treatment she has been a lot more affectionate and happy I put this solely down to how well she was treated and just how much dedication and skill was gone in to grooming her! Her coat feels amazing its soft and healthy before it was quiet dry and she would groom herself continuously and make it matted especially around her mane area, her skin must feel a lot healthier to her too as she is grooming less and is a lot more content!

Doreen suffers mucky ears and I found the upkeep can be quiet a struggle if you don’t know what your meant to do and worry your doing to hurt your cat the same as claws … All these things i would say leave to the experts at pet universe as your pet is in safe loving hands! You can tell that pet universe are passionate about what they do I had Edita groom Doreen and she was wonderful a very lovely lady who looked after Doreen!

Definitely go here your cat or dog will love it and you will notice such a difference in there behaviour!

Best Cat Grooming in London!

After trying many cat groomers in Central London, West London and even the West end of London my wife and I found Pet Universe to be the best cat grooming company out there by far. The team are super professional, friendly and expertly knowledgeable in all areas. We like that our Persian cat loves the attention he gets and always feels comfortable and relaxed when he is there. The level of detail in the grooming is show like and the best we have ever experienced better even than a top Kensington and Chelsea cat groomers we used to use previously.

The salon is the cleanest one we have ever been to and although we live in West London we prefer and it is more convenient for us to travel to Pet universe as we can park our car right outside.

Top marks to the team and we look forward to our next visit!
