This was the first time I or my 13 year-old long-haired cat, Eddie, had been to a pet groomers. He’d developed some mats that we couldn’t groom out so we made the journey from Stoke Newington. He was spectacularly nervous but the ladies at Pet Universe calmed him down wonderfully and did a great job sorting out his problems. I don’t know how they work their calming magic but very impressed and would certainly recommend. Big thank you from him and from me!

First time with my dog Duchess at the saloon yesterday, amazing service, friendly staff and Duchess is super happy now.
Traveling all the way from Dalston in the bus has been worth it …

I would highly recommend Svetlana and her team at Pet Universe. They always go out of their way to make sure that my dog is as comfortable as he can be. Bambou is quite cantankerous but they have shown him nothing but kindness and patience. They don’t scrimp on the products they use and Bambou always looks and smells great after his visits. Svetlana is also extremely knowledgeable about dog behaviour and has given me some good advice in the past.

My husband and I have known Svetlana now for over 8 years and in all that time she has shown only compassion, kindness, caring and professionalism on ALL occasions to ALL the animals in her care. Her premises is widely known for its high levels of hygiene. Svetlana is absolutely dedicated to ALL the animals in her care. I gave her a 5* rating but wish I could give her more.

Took my two stray cats to see Svetlana, Batty (about 9) would not let me comb his knots or touch his hind quarters at all but, Svetlana has a wonderfull way with cats and dogs and soon had him iin the bath and covered in soap suds! He looks lovely now and not a knot in sight ! Billy, my other boy is 18 and getting very frail, as with older cats his fur was becoming knotty and I believe not keeping him warm any more. After being groomed and given a nice warm soapy bath he now looks like kitten again and smells oh so sweet. A huge Thank you to you and your team Svetlana I am so glad I found you. !!!

I recently took my dog for grooming, and I am very pleased with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist Irina was friendly and welcoming, making my dog and me feelat ease.Prior to booking an appointment Irina reassured me and updated me on the progress of my dog’s grooming.The grooming itself was exceptional. My dog came out looking fantastic and smelling great. The groomer paid great attention to detail.Moreover, the facility was clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me. I also appreciated the groomer's patience and care.Overall, I highly recommend Akvilleto anyone looking for a professional and caring groomer for their pet. My Persian chinchilla Leela comes for a regular dry bath grooming and always comes out squeaky clean with a tidy coat! Edita, Elena and Angela are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very lovely to correct anything you are unhappy with. They put time and lots of effort into this business to ensure you receive the best service. They do an excellent job at de-matting and blending any cut fur. Edita & Elena take great care of my fur baby! So happy I have found this salon, it has taken a lot of Persian cat owner stress off of my hands. Definitely will be continuing as a regular customer. Thank you Pet Universe 😁

The best grooming service at Pet Universe!I’ve been taking my cat for over 3 years and he is always groomed to perfection. The staff always check with me beforehand what I would like done and they always do an amazing job. My cat has a great time and purrs away while they do their job! Cannot recommend enough!!!

We have been taking our cat to Pet Universe for a few years now, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her!! The staff are so friendly and do a superb job every visit. Our cat looks so smart when she’s had her dry bath and trim, she’s a nervous cat but she is treated with such love there. Thank you so much to all the staff for looking after buff on every visit. I really cannot recommend Svetlana and Edita enough!My cats are SUPER scared of everyone and they are so relaxed here. I don't take them anywhere else, it's like they have magic powers because the cats turn into something else with them. They are super attentive and care so much about the animals and the quality of the service is also incredible! Honestly, best place to take your pets. Attaching a picture of what came out of my pretty kitten, looks so fresh now, even tho he has so much fur that you can't even almost notice the difference haha. Just much smoother and looking like a gent now! Thank you so much for always looking after my pets! :))

Found this place after a quick google search and I'm so glad I did. The service was spot on, they booked my mainecoon on very short notice, as he needed a hygiene trim and wash. Took him in, left him in their care and a couple hours later he was ready. He looked so fresh and so clean. Price was fair, compared to others. Thank you for looking after Caesar.

Muffin, my very shy British shorthair absolutely loves to come to Pet Universe for his regular grooming sessions. The love care and attention that Edita and her team show him have always made us reassured to leave him in their car. The well groomed and spiffy Muffin that always greets us back makes this hour long trip from West London absolutely worth it. I recently brought my senior pug there to have his nails clipped, and I was touched by the level of kindness and attention they provided.My pug is not the easiest patient and gets quite anxious during grooming procedures, but the staff at Pet Universe handled him with such grace and care. They were patient, gentle, and understanding with my furry friend, taking the time to soothe him and make him feel comfortable.When I picked up my pug, I could see the love and attention that the staff had poured into him. His nails looked great, and he seemed happy and content after his visit.Overall, I would highly recommend Pet Universe to anyone in need of a caring and compassionate grooming salon. Took my new rescue cat Callie for her very first groom.I was nervous as Callie is a rescue but Edita and Elena couldn’t have been more reassuring. I chose them as they have had such good reviews and were so professional from the moment I called them. I had a good feeling from the start.Callie had her very first wet bath, trim and nails clipped. She really enjoyed it and looks even more beautiful now.I would definitely recommend this wonderful ladies to look after your precious pets. 😻

Lovely group of welcoming ladies who took great care of our cat Meeshiko. She had a full groom session including a dry bath as it was her first time. When we picked her up she was calm and very happy! A little expensive but for us it was worth the end result to see her groomed very good. As you can see our cat before and after photos clearly she is having the time of her life relaxing. Thank you to all who took great care of her, we will be coming here more often.
