My ragdoll cat, George, is difficult to groom because he gets scared and aggressive. We tried two other groomers - and even tried to do it ourselves - before discovering Edita at Pet Universe. She somehow works her magic on him, calming him down so much that he allows her to do a complete groom - something he wouldn't do with anyone else. Afterwards, George looks beautiful and, best of all, he is amazingly calm and happy. We didn't think this was possible. Thank you, Edita!
I take my Samoyed, Ezri, here for grooming. They do a fantastic job and Ezri is always relaxed and happy to go to the groomer. We always get compliments on how beautiful she is after a groom!
It was my first experience taking my cat to a groomer, and I was pleasantly surprised by how it turned out. My cat is quite anxious, so I was a bit apprehensive about how she would handle being left there. However, she did remarkably well during her wet bath and full pampering session. The groomers took excellent care of her, and she allowed them to work their magic. When I brought her home, she looked incredibly clean, soft, and relaxed.I think she genuinely enjoyed the pampering, as she kept seeking out pets and wanted her fur brushed. I will definitely be returning for another session and would highly recommend this groomer to others!
I was recommended to this grooming place. I am absolutely thrilled with the service my Cat received.From the very first moment we step inside the salon we were greeted with kind and politeness.The groomers were very gentle and friendly with my cat.They explained exactly which service my cat needed as it was our first visit.When we came back to collect our cat, I was surprised to see how good my cat looked. The team over at Pet Universe are amazing when it comes to grooming my 2 year old labby. Extremely professional and they tend to know more than the vets, always recommending new things for me to try with him so he can be as healthy as possible :) 5 star service every time I go 👍🏼

From the moment we walked in, the receptionist Irina was friendly and welcoming, making my dog and me feelat ease.Prior to booking an appointment Irina reassured me and updated me on the progress of my dog’s grooming.The grooming itself was exceptional. My dog came out looking fantastic and smelling great. The groomer paid great attention to detail.Moreover, the facility was clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me. My Persian chinchilla Leela comes for a regular dry bath grooming and always comes out squeaky clean with a tidy coat! Edita, Elena and Angela are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very lovely to correct anything you are unhappy with. They put time and lots of effort into this business to ensure you receive the best service. They do an excellent job at de-matting and blending any cut fur. Edita & Elena take great care of my fur baby! So happy I have found this salon, it has taken a lot of Persian cat owner stress off of my hands. Definitely will be continuing as a regular customer. Thank you Pet Universe 😁
