Had a lovely experience with my long haired cat going in for a full grooming and dry bath. Booked well in advance, sent in photos to get an estimate of pricr beforehand. Grooming session always comes with a complementary claw clipping.

I’ve been to this groomer a few times, and every visit left my dog looking sad and stressed afterward. Each time, she claimed my dog was ‘too matted’ and insisted he needed a full shave, despite my polite requests to use extra conditioning. I even explained I was traveling, and other groomers had managed to brush him without shaving, but she refused to listen.Her attitude is rude and lacks compassion, constantly reminding me to be on time as if it’s a factory, not a place for pets. After my third visit, when she once again refused to do anything but shave my dog, I expressed my disappointment, and her response was, ‘Good luck finding a groomer who won’t shave him.’Well, I did find an incredible groomer!!!who took her time, used conditioning, and reassured me that my dog was not matted—just a few small tangles. Unlike this groomer, they genuinely care about the dogs and treat them with kindness. If this place doesn’t change their attitude and approach, they’re sure to lose many more customers.
My ragdoll cat, George, is difficult to groom because he gets scared and aggressive. We tried two other groomers - and even tried to do it ourselves - before discovering Edita at Pet Universe. She somehow works her magic on him, calming him down so much that he allows her to do a complete groom - something he wouldn't do with anyone else. Afterwards, George looks beautiful and, best of all, he is amazingly calm and happy. We didn't think this was possible. Thank you, Edita!
I take my Samoyed, Ezri, here for grooming. They do a fantastic job and Ezri is always relaxed and happy to go to the groomer. We always get compliments on how beautiful she is after a groom!
It was my first experience taking my cat to a groomer, and I was pleasantly surprised by how it turned out. My cat is quite anxious, so I was a bit apprehensive about how she would handle being left there. However, she did remarkably well during her wet bath and full pampering session. The groomers took excellent care of her, and she allowed them to work their magic. When I brought her home, she looked incredibly clean, soft, and relaxed.I think she genuinely enjoyed the pampering, as she kept seeking out pets and wanted her fur brushed. I will definitely be returning for another session and would highly recommend this groomer to others!
I was recommended to this grooming place. I am absolutely thrilled with the service my Cat received.From the very first moment we step inside the salon we were greeted with kind and politeness.The groomers were very gentle and friendly with my cat.They explained exactly which service my cat needed as it was our first visit.When we came back to collect our cat, I was surprised to see how good my cat looked. She seemed happier and more comfortable and also she looked very fresh.Thank you so much, we will definitely be coming back regularly from now on.I can definitely recommend this salon to others.
The team over at Pet Universe are amazing when it comes to grooming my 2 year old labby. Extremely professional and they tend to know more than the vets, always recommending new things for me to try with him so he can be as healthy as possible :) 5 star service every time I go 👍🏼

Our first time using the pet universe cat and dog grooming salon, wonderful service from the girls, they also gave great advice, and managed to deal with my scared timid cat. Safe to say i am very impressed, and will be booking up a next session in the following weeks, see you all soon

Is best place if you have a cat to visit at list once to see 🙏 I love my cat and there is no way I leave my cat with anyone . But I have to say Pet Universe is the safest place to take your cat and leave them there. I recently took my dog for grooming, and I am very pleased with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist Irina was friendly and welcoming, making my dog and me feelat ease.Prior to booking an appointment Irina reassured me and updated me on the progress of my dog’s grooming.The grooming itself was exceptional. My dog came out looking fantastic and smelling great. The groomer paid great attention to detail.Moreover, the facility was clean and well-maintained, which is very important to me. I also appreciated the groomer's patience and care.Overall, I highly recommend Akvilleto anyone looking for a professional and caring groomer for their pet.
