Cat Grooming Services

Full Clip

The service includes:

  • Consultation: Discussion with the groomer about the cat’s general coat condition and it needs.
  • Claw Clipping: Safe and efficient clipping of the cat’s claws.
  • Full Clip (Lion Cut): Shaving off the entire coat to about a quarter of an inch or half a centimetre, leaving hair on the head, front part of the cat, boots on legs, and a trimmed tail, which are finished with scissors according to customer specifications.
  • Foam Bath: Using J.P. Mitchell Waterless Foam Shampoo that requires no rinsing.
  • Eye and Ear Cleaning: Using J.P. Mitchell Ear and Eye Wipes for gentle and effective cleaning.
  • Body Wiping: Using J.P. Mitchell Full Body & Paw Bath Wipes.
  • Coat Finishing: Application of Liquid Silk Protein to enhance the coat’s shine.
  • Grooming Advice: Recommendations on grooming tools, products, and aftercare.

Add a Wet Bath to the Full Clip or “Lion” Hair Cut

(Wet Bath means water required)

Wet Bath is an additional service to the Full Clip or “Lion” Hair Cut; cannot be chosen on its own and includes:

  • Two warm baths with J. P. Mitchell Pet Shampoos such as J. P. Pet Awapoochi, Super Bright, Oatmeal, Calming Moisturizing or Tearless Shampoo. The shampoo will be chosen in accordance with the cat’s coat condition and specific requirements
  • Flea bath with J. P. Mitchell Tea Tree Spray, if required at extra charge
  • Medicated shampoo treatment on customer request, prescribed by their Veterinary Surgeon if required, at no extra charge
  • Hand blow drying (no cage drying)
  • Styling the coat
